Shipping Schedules

Truck on bridge at sunset

Shipping

  • Shipment releases will be grouped into truckload volumes with stop-offs and will be subject to accumulation.
  • Absent sufficient weight for a pool load, shipment will be shipped via LTL. The option to wait for the next pool truck is available, however the date cannot be guaranteed.
  • Minimum weight per customer for a pool truck shipment (stop-off) is 2,000 pounds.
  • Customer orders will be pooled on a "first come, first served" basis.
  • Occasionally, in order to maximize room on a pool truck, two different customers may be stacked and/or banded together. Each portion will be flagged with a half page handwritten tag specifying the customer name. The receiver may have to cut the bands on a stack, separate their material, and put the next party's material back on the truck.
  • Customers must verify their package receipts by each package number recorded on the bill of lading as compared to each tagged package. (Note: package tags are pink). The package number is also shown on the contents labels.
  • Shipments are configured for forklift loading and unloading.
